WE'RE GLAD YOU'RE HERE
No matter where you're coming from or where you are in your faith journey, you are welcome here. At Emmaus you can expect a warm community, solid Bible teaching, and a Sunday morning where you can simply show up and breathe. We're glad you found us.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON A SUNDAY
Service: Every Sunday at 10:00 AM
WARM COFFEE AND DONUTS
Our service begins at 10:00 AM and before the first song is sung, there's coffee and donuts waiting for you. Our Hospitality team will be there to welcome you at the door, introduce you to a few friendly faces, and make sure you feel at home. Grab a cup, take a breath, and settle in — you're among friends.
WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE
From the moment you walk in, you'll find a community of real people who are genuinely glad you're there. After the service, we invite you to stay for fellowship and conversation — it's one of the best ways to meet people and get a feel for the Emmaus family. Kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to Children's Ministry after the singing portion of the service, so the whole family is taken care of.
HEARFELT WORSHIP AND MESSAGE
Our service opens with congregational singing followed by a 30–40 minute expository sermon — working verse by verse through a book of the Bible — and closes with a final song. The whole service runs about an hour. On the 1st and 3rd Sundays we celebrate communion, and we do take an offering, though if you're visiting, please know there's no expectation for guests to give.

WHO WE ARE
Emmaus Church was founded in 2011 by Pastor David Netzorg with a small Bible study of just 15 people meeting in a living room near Winter Garden. What started as a humble gathering has grown into a vibrant, loving community committed to biblical teaching and genuine relationships. We are a Reformed, evangelical church that takes the Bible seriously and takes people personally. Our story is still being written — and we'd love for yours to be part of it.
