Here at Emmaus Church, our children’s ministry exists to provide a safe, loving, and biblically centered place for your kids. While you’re worshiping and growing in your own walk with Jesus, we’re caring for and teaching your children. It’s not just childcare to us — it’s discipleship. Our heart is that the kids of Emmaus would grow up never remembering a time in their lives when they didn’t know and love Jesus.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Our toddler through 2nd grade classrooms use Group Publishing’s Hands-On Bible curriculum, which means the kids aren’t just sitting and listening — they’re actively involved. They’re crafting, moving, participating, and engaging with Scripture in ways that keep their little hands busy and their little minds growing in their understanding of Jesus.
Our 3rd through 5th graders have just begun a one-year study on the Shorter Catechism. It’s been exciting to see them wrestle with big truths about who God is and what we believe. They’re asking thoughtful questions and building a strong foundation for their faith.
WHO CAN BE A PART OF THIS?
our classrooms are set up in three groups. We have our babies and toddlers, ages eight weeks through Pre-K. Then our Kindergarten through 2nd grade class. And our 3rd through 5th grade class.
